To provides basic biochemical data for the prevention and control of rodents in agriculture and forestry and the further study of experimental animalization of wild animals.The discontinuous three different methods of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE)was used to analyze and compare the distribution and activity of serum protein,tissue protein,amylase(AMY),esterase(EST),protease(PRO)in digestive system and superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)in serum、digestive system 、tissue and of Apodemus agrarius and Apodemus peninsulae.The results show that:1.There were significant differences in the distribution and activity of serum proteins between males and females of the same species and between different species;2.The distribution,activity and bands number of Tissue protein in 6 tissues and organs(heart,liver,kidney,muscle,brain and lung)of Apodemus agrarius and Apodemus peninsulae are similar,but there were also differences;3.Amylase,esterase,and protease are distributed in the digestive systems(stomach,small intestine,large intestine,and liver)of Apodemus agrarius and Apodemus peninsulae.The activity of amylase and protease in the digestive system of Apodemus agrarius was higher than Apodemus peninsulae,While the esterase activity is slightly lower than a Apodemus peninsulae;4.Superoxidase and peroxidase in serum 、 digestive system(stomach,small intestine,large intestine,liver)and 6 organs and tissues(heart,liver,kidney,muscle,brain,lung)are all expressed and show obvious specificity.The Apodemus agrarius activity of superoxidase in the serum and tissues are stronger than that Apodemus peninsulae,and weaker than that Apodemus peninsulae in the digestive system.The Apodemus agrarius activity and distribution of peroxidase in the serum、tissues and organs and digestive system were similar to Apodemus peninsulae,However,there were significant differences in POD activity and distribution among tissues and organs in the same species.
