A Case Study On The Co-evolution Of Zhengbang Feed And Pig Breeding Business Strategy

my country is a traditional agricultural and populous country with huge demand for pork consumption and feed.In the 21 st century,the state has formulated various support policies and subsidies for raising households,and established the "Law of the People’s Republic of China on Animal Husbandry" and other policies.The state’s support for the animal husbandry has led to the rapid development of the feed industry and the pig breeding industry.Facing the ever-changing external environment,many agricultural companies have tried to develop new businesses.Zhengbang Group Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Zhengbang Group),which started in the feed industry,began to develop pig breeding business in 2003.However,as the country attaches great importance to the ecological environment,especially after the promulgation of the new environmental protection law,the countrys environmental protection requirements and supervision of the aquaculture industry have greatly increased,making it difficult for some small and medium-sized aquaculture companies and a decline in aquaculture supply.Compared with developed countries such as the United States,the concentration of the pig breeding industry in China is very scattered,and the increase in industry concentration and scale is the main logic of future development.Therefore,large-scale breeding enterprises such as Zhengbang Group ushered in historical development opportunities.Based on the above background,this article takes the synergetic evolution process of Zhengbang Group’s feed business and pig breeding business strategy as an example to explore how agricultural enterprises can extend the industrial chain,develop new businesses and achieve the process of synergistic development of dual business strategies in the ever-changing external environment.This paper adopts a standardized case study method that is in line with international standards to study the environmental background,structural characteristics,key influencing factors,resolution mechanism and digital transformation in the co-evolution process of Zhengbang feed and pig breeding business strategy,combining case analysis with theoretical tools,Pay attention to the difficulties and challenges faced by modern agricultural enterprises in the process of achieving strategic synergy between different businesses in my country,use analysis tools and theories to explore the process of co-evolution of corporate business strategies and put forward suggestions and countermeasures.This study takes the business strategy synergy of Zhengbang Group’s pig breeding business and Zhengbang feed business as the case study object,and explores the co-evolution process of the two main business strategies of Zhengbang Group.The research and exploration of business strategy co-evolution has certain practical significance for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.It identifies various innovation challenges faced by enterprises in the strategic synergy of dual business models and their relationship with key influencing factors,which is conducive to the response of corporate resources Development problems,to help companies identify and objectively view the difficulties and challenges encountered in business model innovation;to provide companies with directions in the process of business transformation and upgrading.
