Stropharia rugosoannulata is a kind of grass-rotting fungus.It can reduce cholesterol,alleviate mental pressure,prevent arteriosclerosis,prevent coronary heart disease,and help digestion.In order to make full use of limited cultivated land and Plateau Characteristic Resources in plateau area,and to achieve annual production and off-season listing of Lentinus volvacea in alpine regions,to explore the technological bottlenecks of low yield and long growth period in artificial cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus in alpine region and the mechanism of soil ecology related to the effects of some agronomic measures on the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus in Solar Greenhouse in alpine and high altitude region,and improving greenhouse cultivation techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus,In this paper,the wild Stropharia rugosoannulata collected from Dangzhougou grassland of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was used as experimental material,Field testing and Laboratory Instrument Index Measurement Method were adopted,the effects of agronomic measures such as different cultivation media,different seed dressing agents and different farming methods on the growth,quality and soil micro-ecological environment of Pleurotus ostreatus in solar greenhouse were studied,the results were as follows:(1)In the test,four different culture substrate formulations were compared to CK,indirectly increase the content of organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in soil,indirectly increase the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in soil,and reduce the number of fungi.Especially when the culture medium formula was 20% highland barley straw+60% corn straw+18%bran+2% lime,the cap of Agaricus globosa was the thickest and longest,the fresh and dry weight of each plant was the heaviest and the yield was the highest,and the soil microorganisms were also significantly affected.The content of N,P,K and organic matter in the soil was indirectly increased by the decomposition of the culture medium in the later period,which was the largest in the later period.The sexual growth of Pleurotus ostreatus accumulates abundant nutrients.At the same time,it also provides more nutrients for the reproduction of microbial actinomycetes and bacteria,so it can increase the yield of planting Pleurotus ostreatus in greenhouse.(2)In the test,5 seed dressing agents can increase the yield of cap mushroom,it can also indirectly increase the content of organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in soil.And indirectly increase the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in soil,reduce the number of fungi.At the same time,the content of polysaccharide,crude protein and crude fat in the fruiting body of Pleurotus globosa increased significantly,and the content of ash and crude fiber decreased.When seeds were mixed with 10 g gibberellin+10g auxin+50g grass ash,the emergence time of fruiting bodies was the shortest,the thickest cap was the largest,the thickest stalk was the longest,the fresh weight of a single plant was the highest,the dry weight of a single plant was the highest,and the yield of a plot was the highest.In the quality of Pleurotus globosa,the content of polysaccharide,crude protein and crude fat was higher,while that of Pleurotus globosa fruiting bodies of CK was the highest.Fatty acid content is low,ash content and crude fiber content are high,and the quality is poor.Moreover,after mixing seeds with different plant hormones,the organic matter content,N element,P element,K element content in soil and the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in soil can be indirectly increased,while the number of fungi competing for nutrition with Capsularia globosa can be reduced.This study provides a theory for solving the technical bottleneck of low and unstable yield caused by artificial cultivation of Capsularia globosa in Gannan Plateau.It also provides technical support for the high-yield cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus in Solar Greenhouse in Gannan Plateau.(3)Different farming methods can shorten the time of asexual growth of Pleurotus ostreatus,and the sequence of sexual growth indexes such as cap thickness,cap diameter,stalk length,stalk diameter and fresh weight of a single plant is as follows continuous 3 >continuous 2 >rotary 1 > positive;the order of polysaccharide content,crude protein content and crude fat content was as follows: continuous 3 >continuous 2 >rotary 1 > positive;organic matter,total nitrogen,hydrolyzable nitrogen,total phosphorus,available potassium and water content in soil were as follows: continuous 3 >continuous 2 >rotary 1 >positive.And found that during the growth and development period of the Stropharia rugosoannulata,only the range of soil nutrient content in the treatment is large.However,fluctuations in processing are not significant.
