| Talents are the decisive factor for enterprises to participate in market competitio n,especially the core talents with professional skills,which play an extremely import ant role in the development of modern enterprises.Qianjin Animal Husbandry,as the largest private dairy enterprise in Gansu Province,currently employs 1024 people,i ncluding 108 core employees.In recent years,the turnover of core employees is relat ively serious,on the one hand,it increases the cost of training new talents,on the oth er hand,it also reduces the overall market competitiveness of forward animal husban dry,and brings many unstable factors to the development of enterprises.if this probl em is not dealt with in a timely and effective manner,it will pose a great threat to the enterprise.Through the questionnaire survey of the core employees,this paper collects the relevant information about the turnover of the core employees in detail,and then dee ply reveals the reasons of the core employees,and summarizes them from three aspe cts: low work autonomy,work and life imbalance,not effectively guaranteed of career development and low motivated of core employee.Then based the actualsituation of the enterprise and under the guidance of the relevant theories of em ployee turnover,the paper formulates the countermeasures for the turnover of the cor e employees of forward animal husbandry: the formulation of work self-improvemen t plan,the formulation of work-life balance plan,the implementation of personalized career planning,and the implementation of supermarket welfare plan.The research conclusions of this paper,on the one hand,can help the company solve the current dilemma of core employee turnover,maintain the stability of theenterprise,train the main force of enterprise development,and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise;on the other hand,can also provide beneficial enlightenment for other private enterprises to develop core employee turnover countermeasures. |
