Study On Vertical Collaboration Model Of The Donkey Industry Chain In Shandong Province

The donkey industry is an important part of China’s animal husbandry industry,which is the local superior and characteristic animal husbandry industry in Shandong Province.In recent years,the donkey industry chain has developed rapidly,but there are still some problems such as donkey production can not meet the market demand and the price fluctuation of donkey.The donkey production link and the purchase are the donkey industry chain two basic links,strengthens the two links related participation main body vertical cooperation,is solves the donkey industry chain question effective way.This paper studies the vertical cooperation mode of donkey industry chain in Shandong Province,which has certain value and significance to promote the development of donkey industry.On the basis of existing research and on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyze s the development situation and the main existing problems of the production and pur chase links of the donkey industry chain in Shandong Province,and on the basis of t he on-the-spot investigation data of the donkey farmers in eight cities of Shandong Pr ovince,this paper analyzes the situation of donkey farmers participating in the vertical cooperation mode,and expounds the main vertical cooperation modes existing in the production and purchasing and processing links of the donkey industry chain in Shand ong Province,the production efficiency of donkey farmers participating in different ver tical cooperation modes was calculated and analyzed Based on the analysis of the def ault behavior and the factors affecting the performance of the principal donkey breeder s and the purchasing and processing enterprises in the vertical cooperation model of t he donkey industrial chain,and based on the actual situation,an evolutionary game m odel of cooperation between donkey breeders and purchasing and processing enterprise s is constructed,and the influence of cooperation profit and other parameters on the b ehavior of both sides is analyzed,verify the rationality and accuracy of the model an d conclusion.It is found that there are three kinds of vertical cooperation models in Shandong donkey industry chain: market transaction model,contract model and cooper ative model The production efficiency of donkey farmers participating in cooperative mode and contract mode is better than that of donkey farmers participating in market transaction mode The cooperation benefits,the proportion of income distribution,the c ooperation cost,the incentive support from the government and the cooperative,the ad ditional benefits and the penalty amount of default will affect the cooperation between the donkey farmers and the purchasing and processing enterprises.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures a nd suggestions to promote the development of the vertical cooperation model of Shand ong donkey industry chain.Donkey farmers should actively participate in training activ ities,implement standardized management on a large scale,change production patterns and seek close vertical cooperation.Cooperatives should improve their organization and management system,improve the level of production and operation,strengthen the tra ining of their members and improve their comprehensive quality.The purchasing and processing enterprises should strengthen their own development strength,improve their own driving ability,formulate the standard contract contract,and reduce the occurrence of breach of contract.The government departments concerned should strengthen the s upport for the donkey industry,improve the social service system,and create a good i ndustrial environment for the development of the donkey industry.
