In order to solve the problems of poor soil throwing performance,high power consumption and no special blade,to meet precision furrowing can will groove soil scatters to the river bank,does not fall within the trench,facilitate the fertilizer backfill,trenching and high power consumption of tea mechanization furrowing requirements,based on the domestic and foreign the disc ditching blade to reduce consumption and throwing soil research,designed a model suitable for tea garden furrowing cast sectional furrowing cutter,the paper’s main research content is as follows:(1)The structural parameters of the blade were designed structural parameters of the blade were designed of tea garden ditching,the dynamic and kinematics analysis is carried out on the process of throwing soil block by throwing blade,when the key parameters are determined to be 8cm width of the dumping block and 30° inclination Angle,the soil can be accurately scattered to 20 cm of the ditch edge,and the energy consumption of ditching is not much different from that of ordinary ditching blade.(2)EDEM discrete element software is used to select the appropriate trench cutter combination layout,the trenching simulation test was carried out on the layout of six blades,the results show that the symmetrical combination of 2 throwing blade and 4cutting blade is the best combination,compared with the other three groups in soil dumping performance and power consumption.(3)The performance test of ditching and soil dumping of the combined ditching cutter was carried out,the performance test results show that the broken soil rate was 73.62%,the width of single-side dumping soil was 22.7cm,the uniformity of dumping soil was 90.3%,the thickness of overlying soil was 2.1cm,the stability of ditching depth was 87.8%,and the thickness of topsoil at the bottom was 1.2cm,in the control group were 67.43%,13.4cm,84.3%,2.4cm,82.3%,2.5cm,respectively,this indicated that the soil throwing distance of the combined cutting and throwing ditching balde was more in line with the requirements of ditching of tea garden than that of the control group IT245 rotary tillage blade,the soil throwing uniformity and ditching stability were better,and the soil was not easy to fall into the ditch.In addition,the combined cutting and throwing ditching blade did not significantly increase the ditching work.(4)The power consumption analysis test of the combined cutting and throwing ditching blade was carried out,the power analysis test shows that compared with the control tool,the impact force of the front and back side of the trench blade decreases,and the impact force of the upper area decreases,which leads to the decrease of the total impact force of the trench blade.Therefore,the trench power consumption is not significantly increased while the quality of the trench blade is increased.
