| Design of rice-wheat combined with ditching and grass-buring function machine, based on field cultivation farming techniques of straw buried in the ditch in our rice-wheat cropping area. After rice-wheat combined harvested, entropy ditching is ditched in the field and then straw is buried in it. The disadvantage of this method is that the machine must be through double operation (first harvest and then grass buried), the machine operation's degree is complex, and manual secondary labor-intensive operations are also relatively intensive.In order to solve the problem of ditching and grass-buring effectively, based on operating situations of the developed equipment machine and combined the main harvester, this study improved to design one machine of rice-wheat combined with ditching and grass-buring function, and designed the transmission program and overall structure.To ensure normal harvest efficiency and does not affect the original full use of its power, while ensuring adequate ditching power, this improvement equipped with a separated engine for ditching device. This method achieved power moderate and power distribution rationalization.This study analysized the integrated machine's ditching and grass-buring works and carried out ditching component structural design. According to theoretical analysis of blade equations of motion and cut earth orbit between down-cut and up-cut rotary, this transferred down-cut rotary. Meanwhile, parts of the ditch cutter were simulated and optimized in ADAMS model. The optimal blade cut into the soil were obtained through the endpoint trajectory analysis.Consideration of operation security of ditching and grass-buring, determined throwing soil distance, and solved the problem of grass blocked in the cutter, this study designed sparse-guiding grass and sub-soil conductivity devices. Soil back to the ditch of down-cut was more than up-cut rotary. In order to throw soil from cut ditch, to maintain a minimum back soil, the design fitted a ditching shovel clear unit.Finally, the improved design machine of rice-wheat combined with ditching and grass-buring carried out experiments in rice-wheat field, tested performance of operations and production to assess. Results showed that quality of equipment operation met the design requirements. |
