| This experiment was carried out at the Horticulture Experimental Station of Shandong Agricultural University from September 2020 to December 2020.The strawberry variety‘Xue Li Xiang’(Fragaria ananassa Duch.cv.‘Xue Li Xiang’)was used as the test material.Set up 2 kinds of nutrient solutions with dissolved oxygen content in water(no aeration as control,aeration as treatment);3 water passing frequencies(1 time a day,2 times a day and 3times a day,the amount of water remains unchanged).A total of 6 test groups,represented by CK1,CK2,CK3,T1,T2,and T3.The changes of water frequency under different conditions of dissolved oxygen content in water on the photosynthetic characteristics,mineral nutrition,antioxidant enzyme activity and fruit quality of strawberry plants throughout the growth period were studied.The best treatment for water irrigation under aerated conditions is proposed to achieve the effect of increasing fruit quality and income.The research results are as follows:1.From the perspective of plant growth,the growth indicators of strawberry plant height,aboveground and underground dry weight,and fresh weight continue to increase throughout the growth period.During the fruit harvest period,the growth of strawberries under T2 and T3 treatments was the highest.Plant growth was positively correlated with net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,and root vigor.The content of soluble sugar in the leaves showed a decreasing trend,mainly due to the later transport to the fruit to provide for fruit development.2.From the perspective of different frequencies of aerated irrigation on the antioxidant enzyme activity of plant leaves,the antioxidant enzyme activity in the leaves of each experimental group showed a gradually increasing trend during the growth and development of the plant.The activities of SOD and POD in the leaves were treated with T2 and T3.It was significantly higher than the other test groups in all periods,and reached the highest during fruit harvesting.The activity of CAT in the leaves of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group at the end of the slow seedling period,and then the activity tended towards the vegetative growth period and fruit harvest period.Nearly unanimous.Taken together,T2 and T3 treatment leaves have the highest antioxidant enzyme activity.3.In the mineral nutrition of plants,the nitrogen content in leaves and roots gradually increased with the growth and development of the plants.Among them,the T2 and T3 treatments increased the most significantly.The total phosphorus and total potassium in the leaves and roots showed a similar trend.All groups showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,reaching the highest in the vegetative growth period.T2 and T3 treatments improved the most in all test groups,and T2 and T3 treatments improved plant mineral nutrition the best in all test groups.4.Aerated irrigation can improve the quality of fruits to a certain extent.The contents of soluble solids,vitamin C and soluble protein in the fruits of aerated irrigation are significantly increased.Among them,T2 and T3 treat the soluble solids,vitamin C and soluble protein in the fruit.The content of is significantly higher than that of other test groups,and there is no significant difference in the content of titratable acid among the treatments.5.The contents of anthocyanins,total phenols and total flavonoids in the treated group under aerated irrigation showed similar trends to the soluble solids.The contents of anthocyanins,total phenols and total flavonoids in the fruits treated with T2 and T3 were significantly higher than other experiments There was no significant difference in the contents of anthocyanins,total phenols and total flavonoids in fruits of the control group under the condition of non-aerated irrigation. |
