| Since China’s economic development has entered a new normal,the contradiction between the rapid development of agriculture and the resources and environment has become more prominent.Transformation and upgrading of agriculture is imminent.As a resource-saving、environment-friendly、and production-safe circular agriculture technology,rice-fish co-culture system technology plays an important role in promoting agricultural restructuring.Jiangsu province as a big province of rice planting and aquaculture,Doing a good job in the diffusion of rice-fish co-culture system technology is related to the sustainable development of the whole agriculture in Jiangsu Province.In recent years,the diffusion of rice-fish co-culture system technology in Jiangsu Province has been in the forefront of the country,XuYi region has become a model of national diffusion.However,at present,the technology diffusion in most areas of Jiangsu Province is slow and the extension work is difficult,which seriously affects the transformation and upgrading of the relevant agricultural industries in Jiangsu Province.The new round of rice-fish co-culture system technology diffusion is different from the general agricultural technology diffusion,more specific problems should be analyzed.On the basis of systematically studying the diffusion theory of agricultural technology,the author studied the diffusion problem of rice-fish co-culture system technology in Jiangsu Province,in order to provide some help for the diffusion of rice-fish integrated breeding technology in Jiangsu Province.Based on this,this paper expounds the emergence of a new round of rice-fish co-culture system technology on the basis of reading relevant literature and information,and points out the advantages of Jiangsu Province in the diffusion of rice-fish co-culture system technology.This paper describes three main diffusion modes and their dynamic sources of rice-fish co-culture system technology in Jiangsu Province,combs out the current main diffusion bodies,and explains the existing problems of rice-fish co-culture system technology diffusion in Jiangsu Province.On the basis of the above analysis,a comparative analysis has been made between the town of Maba in XuYi county,where rice-fish co-culture system technology has become a good diffusion technology,and the town of Qing ’an in SuiNing county,where the technology has a poor spread.Describes the different diffusion and effects of rice-fish co-culture system technology in the two towns.Comparing the diffsion process,diffusion mode and the behavior of diffusion subjects between the townships.Comparing the different characteristics of adoptive farmer groups in Maba Town and potential adoptive groups in Qingan Town.Analysis of the causes of the differences,The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The comprehensive rice-fish co-culture system technology can indeed improve the economic benefits of local farmers,increase social benefits and improve the agricultural production environment.(2)In areas with good diffusion,rice-fish integrated cultivation technology has been in the mid-diffusion stage.The majority of adopters are in the early stage.The adopters are growing rapidly.The number of retail adopters has begun to increase.The problem of blind adopters is highlighted.In poor areas,adoption groups are innovative adopters,and diffusion is in its infancy.In areas with good diffusion,there are many diffusion forms,such as hierarchical diffusion,near diffusion,jump diffusion and so on.Diffusion in poor areas only shows a leap-forward diffusion form guided by the government.(3)The joint participation of government-led technology demonstration diffusion,research-led diffusion and market-oriented diffusion dominated by new operators has indeed played a significant role in the diffusion of rice-fish co-culture system technology.Government departments play a leading role in the diffusion of rice and fishery integrated cultivation technology.Grass-roots agricultural extension personnel are in charge of communication and transmission of information such as policies,standards and technical knowledge of rice and fishery integrated cultivation technology between the government,scientific research institutions and farmers in the process of technology diffusion.Pursuing economic benefits is the main reason for farmers to adopt technology.(4)The suitable extension scale of rice-fishery integrated cultivation technology is between 200-300 mu.The dissemination of rice and fishery integrated breeding technology can be promoted by means of mobile communication networks such as Wechat Group.(5)The basis of rice and fishery industry is the basic condition for the diffusion of rice-fish co-culture system technology.A complete policy system of rice-fish co-culture system technology is an important condition to promote the diffusion of rice-fish co-culture system technology.Mature technical standards and remarkable economic benefits are the necessary conditions for the diffusion of rice-fish co-culture system technology. |
