| Chloroplasts are a kind of plastids that are commonly found in plants. They are the main site of plant photosynthesis.Compared with the nuclear genome, the chloroplast genome is smaller, and its sequence information is easier to determine, and it is a good way to understand all the genetic information of a species.Chloroplast genes can be used not only for molecular identification of DNA barcodes, but also for research related to species evolution.Lirianthe delavayi is a plant from China within the Magnoliaceae family, belonging to the Lirianthe. Its bark and flowers can be used as medicine. The bark has the effects of warming up,strengthening the spleen and dampness, and is used for indigestion, chronic gastritis, vomiting, abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea and other diseases.,Sinusitis, bronchitis, cough and other conditions. As an endemic species in China,Lirianthe delavayi is distributed only in the southwestern part of China and is mainly distributed in various parts of Yunnan. It has important horticultural and medicinal values. However, the natural environment of Lirianthe delavayi is constantly being destroyed, and the system location is controversial. It belongs to Magnolia or Lirianthe or Manglietia is questionable. Therefore, the study of the Lirianthe delavayi chloroplast genome can not only lay the foundation for systematic classification and conservation development, but also for the identification of Lirianthe delavayi As well as phylogenetic research. This study surveyed and evaluated 3 intergenic spacers and Chloroplast genome of Lirianthe delavayi. The chloroplast genes and genomes of other plants were compared to clarify the systematic location of Lirianthe delavayi. It fills in the blank of chloroplast genome research of Lirianthe delavayi and preliminary analyzes the basic characteristics of its chloroplast genome. The results showed that the complete chloroplast genome of Lirianthe delavayi was 159,715 bp in length, which is a typical circular DNA with a quarter structure. It contains four sub-regions: 87,906 bp of LSC(large single-copy)region and 18,761 bp of SSC(small single-copy)region are separated by two IR(inverted repeats)regions, each 26,523 bp.After annotation and manual correction,Lirianthe delavayi contains a total of 110 genes, including 73 protein coding genes,8 r RNA genes, and 29 t RNA genes.A phylogenetic tree constructed based on the entire chloroplast genome indicates that Lirianthe delavayi is a member of the genus Lirianthe. |
