Yanbian yellow cattle is a high-quality beef cattle breed with the characteristics of the Korean ethnic group in yanbian.It is a precious cold-resistant cattle breed resource in China,and it is also a valuable wealth of livestock and poultry breed resources in China.However,at present,the protection of variety resources has not been paid enough attention,the infrastructure and institutions are not perfect,the number of basic cows input is still small,and the breeding and distribution of new varieties progress slowly can’t meet the market.Embryo transfer method using OPU technology is one of the effective ways to improve the reproduction efficiency of female animals.In this experiment,yanbian yellow cattle was taken as research object,and explored new methods such as OPU,Estrus Synchronization and Embryo Transfer suitable for the actual production of yanbian yellow cattle were selected,which provided reliable basis for animal husbandry workers.The results of this test are as follows:1.There was no significant difference in the average available oocytes(average usable oocytes)taken and oocytes recovery rate between 2times/week and ltime/week in the interval of OPU implemention of yanbian yellow cattle(P>0.05).2.The number of available oocytes recoverd by OPU varies among individuals(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference in the total oocytes recovery rate of OPU in yanbian yellow cattle during the season(spring and summer)(P>0.05).3.In the continuous OPU operation of yanbian yellow cattle,the average usable oocytes taken in April was significantly lower than in other months(P<0.05)4.There was no significant difference between the two seasons(summer and winter)when the simultaneous estrus technique was implemented(P>0.05).5.There was no significant difference in the eligible CL rate and embryo transfer conception rate between the simultaneous estrus group and natural estrus group(P>0.05).
