| Coreopsis tinctoria was used as a test material to study its growth and quality in two different soil conditions in Tianjin. The main consideration was to determine the germination of Coreopsis tinctoria seeds and their organs by comprehensive considerati on of soil conditions and other factors. The growth and development of roots, stems,l eaves and flowers, yield, biologically active material content, extractive content of med icinal sites, photosynthetic characteristics, etc.were studied and analyzedand. The results of the test study showed that:(1)The germination rate, germination potential, germination index, and vigor index of Coreopsis tinctoria seeds in the more gravel clay loam soil in Jizhou district were compared with those of seeds in the clay soil of Xiqing district. The index was significantly higher. Its seeds were in more gravel clay loam soil. When the seeding depth was 1 cm,the germination rate was the highest, being 56.81%.The seedlings had the strongest vitality and the vigor index was 11.39,which was far higher than that in the clay loam in Xiqing district.Seedling vitality index;(2)The growth of plant height, stem diameter, and branch number of Coreopsis tinctoria planted in more gravel clay loam soil in Jizhou district was significantly higher than that of Coreopsis tinctoria in clay loam soil, especially in plant height. With respect to the number of trunk branches, the growth rate of the plant color of the Coreopsis tinctoria in the more gravel clay loam soil was 11.95 cm per 12 days, while that of the clay loam soil was only 5.63 cm,and the main trunk The difference in branch number also directly affected the yield per plant of Coreopsis tinctoria grown under two soil conditions.(3)Aboveground and underground parts of Coreopsis tinctoria planted in the more gravel clay loamy soil in Jizhou District were dry and fresh.Single stem and fresh weight,root/shoot ratio, and dry biomass and yield per plant of the Coreopsis tinctoria were all higher than Xiqing. The root-to-crown ratio and the dry-back rate of the Coreopsis tinctoria in the more gravel clay loam soil in the Jizhou district were respectively It was 21.68% and 14.87%.The yield per plant was an average of 77 buds per plant;(4)The contents of total flavonoids, chlorogenic acid and soluble sugars in Coreopsis tinctoria grown in gravelly clay loam were 352.8μg/10 g,0.31%,and 0.81%,respectively.The content of leachables and alcohol-soluble extracts was also higher than that of Coreopsistinctoria planted in clay loam, which was 41.1823% and 31.9352%,respectively.(5)The net photosynthetic rate of Coreopsis tinctoria in both soil conditions were the strongest in September. The net photosynthetic rate of Coreopsis tinctoria cultivated in more gravel clay loam soil in Jizhou District in September was 4.80μmol/m2/s,the main ecological factors affecting the net photosynthetic rate of Coreopsis tinctoria were photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)factors, and the main physiological factors were transpiration rate(E)factor and stomatal conductance(C)factor.Coreopsis tinctoria grows well in Tianjin and has strong growth adaptability.Among them, the Coreopsis tinctoria in the more gravel clay loam has the best growth and development, the seed has the strongest vitality, the plant growth is lush, and the flowering period is high.Long, high yield and good quality.in order to realize their cultivation in Tianjin and similar soil conditions.High-quality,high-volume production provides scientific theoretical basis... |
