Idesia polycarpa var.vestita Diels is a tree species which has the characteristics of excellent material,beautiful appearance and high economic benefit.It is mainly grown in the southern provinces of Shaanxi,Gansu and Henan provinces,the two provinces of Central South China,the six provinces of East China,the two provinces of South China and the three provinces of Southwest China.Therefore,it has certain value for the study of this species.In this study,104 germplasm materials of Idesia polycarpa var.vestita Diels were sequenced by using high-throughput sequencing technology.A large number of polymorphic SNP loci were obtained from this experiment.Then,a series of software was used to analyze the genetic diversity and genetic structure of the Idesia polycarpa Maxim’s population.The main experimental results are as follows:1.High-throughput sequencing was used to sequence the genomes of 104 samples of Idesia polycarpa var.vestita Diels.A total of 27040 SNPs were screened by the nuclear genome,and 1028 SNPs were screened by the mitochondrial genome.A total of 3483 SNPs were screened by the chloroplast genome.A total of 182372 transitions sites and 146935 transversions sites were obtained.Among the SNP mutation types,the transitions type and the transversion type ratio were 1.24.The mutants of Idesia polycarpa var.vestita Diels genome are ranked from low to high:CG
