In the face of the "three low" situation of Eastern oilfields in China,the water cut of produced fluid is high,the production cost is high and the benefit is low.It is easy to cause pipeline corrosion and environmental pollution by means of traditional long-distance transportation.How to efficiently and economically complete the treatment of produced liquid has become a question for study or discussion.Based on the oil-water separation technology and the present situation,this dissertation studies the separation effect by adopting the fish scale corrugated mesh plate and determining its movement mode.Firstly,the motion state of oil droplets in oil-water two-phase fluid is analyzed from the separation principle,and the corresponding dynamic motion equation of oil droplets is established.The final floating speed of oil droplets is obtained by using the initial conditions in the process of oil droplets floating,and the influencing factors of oil droplet motion are determined.The physical models of three kinds of corrugated mesh plates are established to analyze the motion field of water drop and oil drop,and the relationship between the collision probability and the motion field is analyzed by using the droplet collision theory.FLUENT 19.0 software was used for particle tracking of aqueous phase and oil droplets as discrete phase by using the K-?turbulence model and the DPM model,and the separation efficiency of three kinds of corrugated mesh model was obtained.The analysis shows that the sinusoidal perforated corrugated mesh is the best choice.In order to solve the installation problem of the corrugated mesh plate,the flow field of the fish-scale corrugated mesh plate was simulated and compared with that of other square corrugated mesh plate with edges and corners under different rotating speeds,and the stability of the flow field was analyzed.The simulation results showed that the flow field of the fish-scale corrugated mesh plate was stable,and the probability of oil droplet collision was increased.Finally,on the existing small separator platform,the fish-scale corrugated screen was designed and made according to the adaptive principle of bionics to separate oil and water,which improved the efficiency of oil and water separation.And the rotating speed of the corrugated screen device was verified under the experimental conditions.The results show that the separation effect is the best when the optimal rotation speed of the corrugated mesh device is 15 rad/s.In thesis dissertation,the oil-water separation principle,numerical simulation method and experimental research are combined to improve the structure of the separation component of the small separator,which has a certain reference value for improving the oil-water separation efficiency of crude oil.
