Tuoying Reservoir has provided reliable water supply for the development of the irrigation area with several reservoirs since the establishment.After the water balance analysis and calculation of the water resources in the irrigation area,it is found that the water supply in the irrigated area cannot meet the total water consumption in the irrigation area in a normal year,so it is necessary to optimize the water resources scheduling scheme.Regarding the relationship between crop water demand and water supply in Tuoying irrigation area,this paper studies the optimization of monthly crop irrigation amount.The specific research contents and results are as follows:The priority of water use for each part is determined based on the task characteristics of basic conditions in Tuoying irrigation area to achieve the study on basic situation.On the premise of satisfying industrial water and drinking water for human and livestock,the optimal scheduling of agricultural irrigation water is carried out.After optimizing the monthly irrigation amount of rice and sugarcane,the water resources in the irrigation area can reach the balance of annual water supply and water consumption.The optimal scheduling model is established by the multi-objective function of maximum irrigation area and maximum yield under the condition of insufficient irrigation.Combined with the water sensitivity index of crops in each growth stage,the monthly water supply under the conditions of dual-crop irrigation water amount regulation and single-crop irrigation water amount regulation are taken as the variable.The optimal scheduling model of water resources in Tuoying irrigation area has been solved by Matlab genetic algorithm toolbox,and a new scheduling scheme has received.After having the comparison,the irrigation area and yield of rice and sugarcane under the original dispatching mode are 95.39% and96.98% of the maximum values respectively,and they could reach98.22% and 98.51% after optimization dispatching.The results of optimal scheduling are more close to the optimal value of single crop scheduling.At the same time,after adjusting the water supply for rice and sugarcane,the scheduling scheme under the corresponding target can be obtained,which provides more reliable basis for decision makers when encountering different requirements.
