Dynamic Change Of Land Use And Its Driving Factors In Loudi City

Land is the labor and means of production of society and agricultural production.The land use structure and quality in different areas are changing with the development of society and economy,and are influenced by different degrees of natural and social factors.The study of land use change has attracted much attention.It is of great practical significance to reveal the driving forces of land use change for rational development and utilization of land resources,formulating land use policies and sustainable utilization of land resources.Based on the land survey data from 2013 to 2017,this study takes Loudi City as the research object to analyze the land use dynamic changes and current situation of Loudi City.According to the characteristics and problems of land use in Loudi City,the driving factors affecting land use change were analyzed by qualitative,principal component analysis and grey relational analysis,and the main driving factors and the biggest related factors affecting land use change were determined.It draw a conclusion that The main natural driving forces of land use change in Loudi are soil factors,climate,topography and natural resources,and the socio-economic driving forces are industrial structure,urbanization level,living standards and population.The industrial structure,urbanization level,living standard and population have the greatest correlation with the change of agricultural land;the urbanization and population have the greatest correlation with the change of construction land;and the urbanization and population have the greatest correlation with the change of other land.The comprehensive score of land use driving force in Loudi City shows an increasing trend from2013 to 2017,indicating that the driving force of land use change in Loudi City is gradually increasing.It also puts forward policy suggestions and measures to make rational use of land and increase the intensity of land use.
