In recent years,China's rapid economic development,the rapid progress in science and technology,people's living standards improve,people's happiness and sense of strengthening,and steadily push forward the socialist modernization construction,but the extensive mode of economic development has brought to decrease resource,excessive energy consumption,series of problems such as ecological environment destruction,the sustainability of the economic and social development and people's health is affected.Devotion to protect the environment and the slow growth is not desirable,sacrificing environment for economic development is more eggs,promote the human and the nature harmonious coexistence,coordinating the relationship between the economic society and ecological environment is particularly important,under this background,the green economic development model will no doubt be the optimal choice of the economic development of all countries.Measure the development level of green economy in Inner Mongolia,find out the factors affecting the development of green economy,in order to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,further promote the development of green economy in Inner Mongolia.This paper on the connotation of green economy and related theory to comb,and comb existing related research,based on the connotation of green economy and related theory,and analysis and reference of authorities and experts and scholars to build a green economy index system set up economic development and human welfare,resources and environment,the four dimensions of social development to establish index system of green economy development in Inner Mongolia,using the entropy value method to measure empowerment measure green economy level of development of Inner Mongolia in 2006-2017,analysis of the four dimensions and overall measure results,the main conclusions are: On the whole,human welfare has the greatest influence on the comprehensive measure value of green economy development in Inner Mongolia.The rapid increase of human welfare has greatly promoted the development level of greeneconomy.With the development of economy,the social environment has been significantly improved.Ecological environmental benefits and economic benefits have not been "decoupled",and ecological environment restricts economic development.Therefore,we should steadily promote high-quality economic development and pay attention to ecological and environmental protection on the basis of increasing human well-being.Specifically speaking,first,the economic development index is most affected by the two indicators of total sales of commercial housing and social fixed asset investment,and the overall trend of rapid increase,reaching the maximum in 2013,indicating the rapid economic development of the whole region in the constant adjustment of economic structure;Second,domestic water index has the greatest impact on the human well-being index.It rose rapidly from 2006 to 2017,reached the maximum in 2016,and remained the second highest in 2017,indicating that the government is paying more and more attention to the improvement of people's well-being and quality of life.Thirdly,the state-owned forest area index has the greatest impact on the resource and environment index.The resource and environment index has been on the rise from 2006 to 2017 and reached the maximum value in 2012.It shows that Inner Mongolia attaches great importance to the protection of ecological environment and the efficiency of resource utilization is constantly improved.Fourth,the social development index of Inner Mongolia is most affected by the domestic tourism income,which has been rising steadily and rapidly from 2006 to 2017,indicating that the social environment has been significantly improved and tourism has played a significant role in promoting social development and progress.Finally,according to the research conclusion,the aim is to promote high-quality economic development and improve people Suggestions are put forward from the following five aspects: people's happiness,resource conservation and environmental protection,strengthening Inner Mongolia's comprehensive strength,and balanced development from four dimensions.
