Research On The Impact Of Innovation Openness On The Dynamic Innovation Capability Of Enterprises

With the continuous development of digital technologies such as information technology,Internet technology,big data and artificial intelligence,the digitization trend of human society is becoming more and more obvious,and which also contributes to the rise of the digital economy.In the context of the digital age,companies need to find suitable innovation models to adapt to the new characteristics of business competition.In the new era,the closed internal innovation model has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises to produce major innovations due to the limited and unitary internal resources.If an enterprise wants to maintain its own innovation ability,it needs to obtain the resources from external organizations to promote its open innovation.Under the background of open innovation,the thesis takes enterprises as the research objects,the enterprise innovation openness as the independent variable,absorbs capacity as an intermediate variable,and the enterprise dynamic innovation capability as the dependent variable,so as to analyze the influence path and mechanism of innovation openness on dynamic innovation ability of enterprises.By reviewing relevant literature and combining with the research needs of this thesis,the writer puts forward reasonable hypotheses and collects data by issuing questionnaires.Using SPSS23.0 and AMOS21.0 software to conduct an empirical analysis of the data collected in the questionnaire to verify the hypothesis of this thesis.The research conclusions are as follows.(1)Innovation openness has a positive effect on the dynamic innovation capability of enterprises.Both the breadth and depth of openness have significant positive effects on the three dimensions of dynamic innovation capability.For the dimension of perception ability and shaping ability of dynamic innovation capability,the effect of opening breadth is greater than that of opening depth,and for the dimension of reconstructing ability of dynamic innovation capability,the effect of opening depth is greater than that of opening breadth;(2)The innovation openness has significant positive influence on the absorptive capacity,the two dimensions of innovation openness have positive influence on the absorptive capacity,and the effect of opening breadth is greater than that of opening depth;(3)Absorptive capacity has a mediating effect between innovation openness and dynamic innovation capacity.The two dimensions of innovation openness have positive effects on the three dimensions of dynamic innovation capability through absorptive capacity.There are six mediation paths,each of which is significant.
