The application of scientific management and the rapid development of network information technology have greatly promoted the development of productivity and expanded the scale of enterprise operation.However,with the expansion of scale and the increase of branches,enterprises will face such problems as rising operating costs,limited quality of financial information and weakening of group control.In this context,Shenzhen Gas is facing the situation of different places,expanding number and scale of subsidiaries,and gradually complex business processes.It is necessary to constantly improve the accuracy of its financial accounting and the core value of its management,relying on scientific and efficient information technology,to carry out advanced financial management mode reform.As a new type of financial management mode,Financial Sharing Service Center can effectively solve the problems of rising management costs,poor information communication,redundancy of personnel and institutions,and low quality of financial services,so as to realize the transformation to centralized and refined management,which is the only way for many large enterprises at home and abroad to change.However,due to the late introduction of the shared service model in China,which is still in the initial stage and has a relatively short operation time,it is not necessarily effective to implement it in China.Therefore,there is a lack of research and practical experience in line with China's national conditions.This paper combs all kinds of domestic documents on the theory of Financial Sharing center,and takes Shenzhen Gas 's current financial management model as an example to analyze the problems of increasing labor costs,lack of management accounting responsibilities,imperfect business processes,insufficient quality of financial information and weak control of the group company.This paper puts forward specific solutions to the establishment of Financial Sharing Service center.Through framework design,process reengineering and resource reallocation,we designed a financial sharing mode scheme for Shenzhen Gas Group which conforms to its actual situation.The research shows that the establishment of Financial Sharing Service Center can separate dispersed and duplicated basic financial business from enterprise members,optimize organizational structure,improve business processes and improve the quality of financial information,so as to achieve the goal of reducing operating costs and strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises.This study has played a guiding role in the smooth transformation of financial management mode of Shenzhen Gas.
