With the continuous development of economic globalization,great changes have taken place in the business environment and the competitive situation of enterprises,meanwhile market competition has become increasingly fierce.In order to ensure the sustainable and stable development of enterprises,managers need to assess the situation and make the right strategic decisions.When managers facing the drastic changing environment,they should make effective strategic decisions quickly so as to help enterprises take right adjustments in time and seize the market opportunities.Speed has become an important means of competition between enterprises.If we set other factors fixed,the fastest enterprise will always to win.In fact,almost in every industry we can observe,speed is one of the determining factors.Therefore,the speed of strategic decision-making has an important impact on the performance of enterprises.At first,this paper reviewed the related theory of strategic decision-making speed,then selected K company as the research object,apply modern decision theory knowledge to K company specific decision practice,made the analysis for the method of improve the strategic decision speed,and construct of K company rapid strategic decision model and model of the relationship between K company decision speed and enterprise performance.Then,we take the research methods that personal interviews and questionnaires were used to investigate the senior management of K company,and 132 pieces of valid questionnaire data were collected(each questionnaire included measurement table of strategic decision-making speed,corporate revenue capability and customer loyalty).The results of the data analysis shown that K company increase the speed of strategic decision method and the model is positive,by using of these methods can improve the company actively respond to the changes in market flexibility and agility,enhanced the cooperate between various departments,promoted the company's revenue and won the customer's trust,set up the good brand image in the market Finally,this study gives the conclusion,puts forward the limitations of this study,and makes a prospect for the future research.
