The Study On Strategic Decision Speed And Innovation Performance Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

In today's knowledge economy and globalization, competition among enterprises has become increasingly confrontational. The competition environment between enterprises became complicated and turbulence. SMEs are the main body of innovation and innovative internal force, in recent years, SMEs in the economic and social development play an increasingly important role. Its being fresh vitality and potential ability to become the strongest economy and most stable momentum. Therefore, the research of innovation performance of SMEs has important theoretical and practical significance.Through a questionnaire, in the form of theoretical research and present the analysis based on the combination of e-mail and corporate interviews, made nine assumptions, participation, autonomy, industrial competitiveness, technological complexity, strategic decision-making speed and innovation performance ,six dimensions of the correlation analysis to test hypotheses. Which participation and autonomy are organizational factors, industrial competitiveness and technological complexity are environmental factors. On 207 samples of the survey, through the reliability and validity testing and factor analysis and related analysis, empirical study, found that autonomy, Industrial competitiveness, technological complexity and innovation performance are correlated, strategic decision-making speed and innovation performance are correlated. Through data analysis can be found in improving China's SMEs innovation performance, environmental factors are more important than organizational factors. therefore, small and medium enterprises should attach great importance to the rapidly changing environment.The innovation of research on the following two aspects: First, from the point of view of topics, this study has some innovation. This is a new subject, the theory of foreign countries do not mature, yet this in-depth academic research. Second, the current foreign empirical studies in this area will mainly focus on large-scale manufacturing, but this paper will focus on SMEs, the development of small and medium enterprises want to provide good suggestions.
