B company is one of the companies from the third-party testing,inspection and certification service industry.Facing the rapid development and uncertain market competition environment,it is increasingly important for B company to build an efficient organizational structure and the talent team matches the organization structure.This article will take the testing,inspection and certification company of B to be researched object.This dissertation will diagnose and analyze the problems which exist in the talent echelon construction of B company through understanding of the B Company's strategic objectives,development history,organization structure,current situation of the company employees and the talent echelon construction.This dissertation mainly uses literature analysis,interview,questionnaire method and case analysis to study the talents echelon construction.According to the actual situation of B company,this paper will propose the optimization program and the guarantee measures for the talent echelon construction.Through the construction of talent echelon,the company will set up the talent team which is matched the enterprise strategy and organizational structure.The talent echelon construction can lay a solid foundation for the long-term sustainable development of enterprises in the future.The study has an important guiding role for B company in the practice of talent echelon construction.At the same time,the study has certain reference and reference significance for the talent echelon construction in the testing,inspection and certification industry.
