Research On It Resource Sharing Strategy Of China Mobile S R&D Cente

In the current market environment,the competition among the three major domestic operators is fierce.In the current policy environment,the state clearly takes the acceleration and reduction of fees as the promotion goal.China Mobile is in the leading position in the domestic telecommunications industry.At present,the demographic dividend is gradually disappearing.It is necessary to expand a broader market to further promote market share.In terms of business development,communication + content products are deeply integrated;in terms of channel development,online and offline "new retail" is running fast,and in terms of application research and development,cloud computing,Internet of things,big data have become new highlights.As an important layout of China Mobile on the road of self-research,China Mobile S R&D center has a large gap with traditional software development integrators(such as ZTE,Huawei,ASIC,Microsoft,etc.)in terms of IT resources,R&D capabilities,R&D efficiency and product maturity.Based on the theoretical study of IT resource management and sharing,this paper systematically explores and studies IT resource sharing strategies in China Mobile S R&D center,based on the analysis of the current situation of IT resource management and the analysis of advanced management methods both inside and outside the industry,with a view to exploring IT resources in the field of software R&D to maximize the benefits.Ways and means to optimize and enhance the core competitiveness of R&D institutions.This paper summarizes the actual implementation conditions of IT resource sharing strategy,the construction of management system and the key points of implementation,and expounds the promotion of IT resource sharing mechanism to the improvement of project execution efficiency.
