After the reform and development of China’s market economy gradually improved, urban construction into a building process, in such a background, the intensity of competition between enterprises is growing, enterprises are to seek new development, we must work hard on talent, not only to have knowledge of a number of outstanding talents, but also have the ability to train and manage these people, the only way to ensure that enterprises in such a competitive environment can stand more stable heel. This shows the importance of corporate human resources for enterprises is very obvious. At present, China’s construction enterprises in human resources management with the international advanced enterprises compared with a large gap.
