The Study Of Trade Friction Between China And America

Since the end of the cold war,the United States has become the world's largest economy with its own unique advantages.Meanwhile,China has become one of the fastest-growing economies since the policy of reform and opening up.The trade deficit between China and the United states has been strengthened with the expansion of bilateral trade and the influence of global value chains.The widening gap between the two countries has indirectly exacerbated trade frictions.The economy and the stablitiy of the global economy have been influenced by the deepening trade friction.Therefore,it is vital to do some research on the trade frictions between China and the United States and try to find out more solutions in order to stabilize the economic order of the world.According to the related theoretical basis and literature review,this article first analyzes the history of Sino-US trade since the establishment of diplomatic relations,and finds that Sino-US trade at different stages presents different characteristics.Then,the status of Sino-U.S.Trade development before the trade friction and the changes and characteristics of Sino-U.S.Trade relations after Trump took office were discussed in depth Secondly,from the perspective of political economy,this article makes a theoretical analysis of the decision-making mechanism of U.S.trade policy,and considers that the formulation of U.S.trade policy is affected by many factors such as decision makers and non-decision makers and how they affect U.S.trade policy..Subsequently,based on game theory,a game analysis was conducted on the possible outcome of Sino-US trade frictions.It was concluded that Sino-US trade frictions were more inclined to cooperation,which means the trend of the trade war is tended to end..Finally,according to the possible results of game theory,the suggestions based on the decision-making mechanism of US trade policy and the actual situation of China's development are given in order to create a better environment for Sino-US bilateral trade.
