The Affection And Inspiration Of Sino-US Trade Friction On The Development Of China's Foreign Trade

The volume of foreign trade of China rose significantly since China entered the WTO, especially for the Sino-US trade which has plays a key role in the overall field of foreign trade of China and also contributes to strengthen the two countries' corporation and promote the benefits of people of two countries as well. Even in this condition, however, US government putted different kinds of obstacles such as anti-dumping, special safeguard measure, IPR protection and revalue currency rate of RMB to obstruct the development of Sino-US trade seriously for their own purposes. For the latter, makes a research from the negative influence of trade friction to two countries as well, especially makes a comprehensive study on China from the level of theory and reality. Thirdly, draws strategies to cope with the anti dumping, anti subsidy and special safeguard measure of non-system friction and the IPR, currency rate of system friction from the government, industry and enterprise points of view individually after the introduction of conception and classification, reason andinfluence of trade friction. Finally, looks for the inspiration of avoiding friction and eliminating crisis from the research of strategies to frictions, which is the conclusion of the article. That is, we should realize that it is difficult to avoid the part loss of non-system friction to China which is too many varieties to cope with and also energy consuming, so we should transfer our energy to system friction which has an overall affection to China's development. As for system friction, we need to persist on our own principles and express our willing by the help of China's enhancing economy size and influence ability in the international society, and also take part in the process of international trade rules drafting so as to make sure our rights not be loosed when the conflict with US breaking out.
