In the fierce market competition environment,human resources are the core resources of enterprises,and improving the career management level of employees is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of modern enterprises.China's energy industry is facing a transition from extension to connotation development.It is necessary to cultivate excellent employees who are homogenous with the enterprise through employee career management,realize the win-win development of the company and employees,and make the enterprise in an invincible position in the future competition.This paper takes DTHR as the research object,and conducts a full investigation of the company's career management status from the career choice theory,career anchor theory,career development theory and work-family balance theory,and analyzes the career management of the company in detail.Problems are found such as unreasonable design of career management,unscientific planning,inefficient execution,unscientific evaluation and poor feedback,etc.Five aspects of planning are optimized such as reasonable design of career management system,continuous improvement and optimization of relevant management processes for career management system,efficient execution to improve employee promotion system,scientific evaluation to establish a system that matches career development and comprehensive feedback to strengthen career training and career planning.Corresponding safeguard measures were formulated from the two dimensions of organization and system.Respectively,it strengthens the level of employee management system construction,establishes the organizational guarantee of professional management committees,constructs and improve sthe qualification system for the appointment of staff,and formulates the system guarantee of the occupational dynamic adjustment system,in order to help employees to plan and manage their careers reasonably,fully discover and release human capital,and effectively improve the company's human resource management level.
