As the global economic integration and the speeding up of knowledge economyera, many of the of foreign enterprises influx in China, they bring advancedtechnology and management mode of traditional manufacturing industry has formed ahuge impact in our country, the talent competition between industries are growing intothe white-hot stage. In order to retain talent, companies are constantly looking forchange in the history of management, career management system is in this period wasintroduced to human resources management system of our country enterprises, andplays a certain role, the career anchor is an important theory in career managementsystem, and the human resource management in modern enterprises is more and morecause the attention of people, by strengthening the management of employees’ careeranchor, played a crucial role in retain talent of the enterprises, but because of careermanagement in our country is still in a fledgling stage, lack of practical guidance, thecertain deficiencies still exist in the process of operation, at the same time, forenterprise employees, is also a lack of systematic understanding of the concept ofcareer planning, therefore need to improve enterprise employees’ career managementto strengthen the understanding of the staff career planning, so as to improveemployee satisfaction, to achieve the purpose of retaining talent.This paper adopts the case analysis form, the first chapter first introduced thethesis research background, research purpose and research significance, and thedomestic and foreign scholars about career related theory research and practiceresearch been reviewed, then what introduced in this paper are research methods andresearch ideas. The second chapter and the third chapter is the main part of the case, inthe case of K company first made a brief introduction to the basic situation of thecompany, focus on K company, the current situation of employee career managementthrough a few typical case story then recreates the K company encountered by thecurrent crisis of career management from several aspects. The fourth chapter for thecase analysis part, is the application of relevant theory and practice of careermanagement experience, combined with the current K company the actual situation ofthe career management, analyze the fundamental cause of the problem. Fifth chapteraccording to the specific process of K company’s career management reform andchange after received the actual effect, from the perspective of employees, companypoint of view and the development of the theory of career management point of view, sums up the four advice and leadership factors. This paper reviewed at the end of thepaper with the extraction and harvest and the main point of the paper.
