RH Company's Entrepreneurial Team Management Problem Research

The introduction of the “Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation” policy has created a surge in domestic entrepreneurial enthusiasm.In an environment where opportunities and crises coexist,many entrepreneurial teams themselves have various problems in their management.When an entrepreneurial team wants to compete in an increasingly competitive market,it must be in an invincible position.It must be aware of the problems in its own management and make timely improvement measures,and also prepare some preventive measures for management problems.Relevant scholars in the field of entrepreneurial management have done a lot of research on the relationship between team performance and the characteristics of the entrepreneurial team and the environment in which they are located.The focus of this paper is on the management of the entrepreneurial team,mainly analyzing the organization and operation of the team.Management tools and other aspects to solve the management problems were encountered by the entrepreneurial team in practice.On this basis,this paper proposes solutions to the research and discussion of RH company's entrepreneurial team management issues,combined with relevant theoretical policies.First of all,the actual problems in the management of RH's entrepreneurial team are summarized and summarized.Secondly,it analyzes the reasons for the entrepreneurial team to produce such problems,including: the structure of the entrepreneurial team;the entrepreneurial team cooperation process;the entrepreneurial team governance.Finally,the relevant solutions were formulated;at the same time,theenlightenment of RH company to the management of other enterprises' entrepreneurial teams was summarized.Through the research on RH company,this paper finds its internal management problems and finds solutions,which has certain reference value for other entrepreneurial teams.Combined with relevant theoretical research and practical operation methods,the paper has formulated the solution to the problem of entrepreneurial team management,and also hopes to provide reference for entrepreneurs with similar problems.
