The Study Of Team Optimization And Management During New Venture Creation Of S Company

With the proceeding of china economic transition, a lot of high-tech venture parks arefounded all over the country. More and more technology professionals started theiradventure of entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial team has many advantages over soloentrepreneur in the entrepreneurial process and the team work benefits are increasinglyprominent. This study focused on high-tech entrepreneurial team, in terms ofcharacteristics of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial processesand other aspects, cited problems occurred in S entrepreneurial team of technologycompanies in the entrepreneurial process: team building, team conflict, team performanceissues and other issues and so on. Then analyze the reasons for these problems one by oneand try to find its relevance. The countermeasures will be explained from thecharacteristics of the entrepreneur’s personality, attitude, needs and entrepreneurialmotivation, etc. based on the classic motivational theory. Finally, three conclusions arereached as follows: venture creation team construction not only consider the actual projectneeds but also team member basic quality; communication is the most important andefficient way to solve team conflicts; scientific motivation and right time performanceevaluation are the essentials to guarantee good team performance.
