| China's reform and opening up has been forty years.Over the past 40 years,with the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of social welfare,people's lives have generally reached a well-off level.People pay more and more attention to leisure health and holiday tourism,so various kinds of leisure tourism emerge as the times require.With the call of the Party and the government and the support of the policy,rural tourism is in full swing in the vast rural areas of our country.Although this has increased farmers' because of the unreasonable behavior of farmers and the backward management of ideas,the development of rural tourism in Tea Garden is not ideal.It has basically become a place for tea merchants to eat.No tourists are willing to come to consume tourism,nor have they formed their own unique products and culture of rural tourism.It basically belongs to the same family-style farmhouse fun.There is no large-scale industrialized management of restaurants.Generally speaking,there are some problems: first,there is no correct concept and understanding.2.Lack of scientific planning.Third,the product lacks characteristics and brand.Fourth,the service facilities are backward.Fifth,there is a shortage of professionals and insufficient capital injection.These problems lead to the inexpensive,unprofessional and lack of development potential of rural tourism in China.Therefore,it is particularly important and urgent to study the origin and development of these problems and put forward corresponding solutions and countermeasures.Looking at the existing literature and journals,although there are relevant research and records,but most of them are from the overall grasp of the study,not for a certain region of a product to explore,it seems inadequate.This paper is to study the case of Tea Garden in find out the reasons and propose solutions,so as to make other tea garden rural tourism projects in develop and improve.Benefit.On the basis of reading a large number of references and on-the-spot investigation,this paper puts forward how to make specific scientific planning for tea factory owners and how to make institutional arrangements for the government and enterprises.Through interviews to understand the development of local tea plantations and existing problems.And from the case study of the actual investigation,the factors forming the present situation and problems are analyzed.The specific reasons are as follows: 1.level is low and their awareness of environmental protection is weak.2.The working population in the family.Third,the government's financial support.4.Farmers' planning of land.Fifth,whether farmers have the technical ability to combine tea planting with tea tourism.Sixth,how to form diversified and industrialized management.The six factors are summarized,and the relevant factors are validated and suggestions are put forward based on the analysis results.Build tea buildings with local and national characteristics,hold tea custom experience with local characteristics,and add traditional culture and customs with local characteristics in three links of tea picking,tea making and tea tasting.Pay attention to the combination of tea tourism culture,pay attention to the basic and key role of Chinese traditional culture in the integration of tea tourism.Focus on the design of differentiated and characteristic products,prevent the problem of,pay attention to the planning and design of industrial system,form agglomeration effect,and take the road of scale and industrialization. |
