A Study On Rural Tourism Practitioners In Farmers' Transition Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and tourism can be a special way to realize rural revitalization.Therefore,the development of rural tourism can make the countryside more beautiful,make agriculture more prosperous,make farmers richer,and make the life of urban and rural residents happier.Rural tourism plays a new role in promoting rural revitalization.This paper mainly studies and discusses the following four problems of rural tourism practitioners in the transformation of rural tourism: first,what professional requirements rural tourism practitioners should have in reality;second,what transformation characteristics and influencing factors rural tourism practitioners in the transformation of farmers have;third,the formation of transformation characteristics of rural tourism practitioners in the transformation of farmers is affected by those factors.Fourthly,some suggestions are put forward to help farmers transform rural tourism practitioners smoothly.Firstly,on the basis of the general occupational requirements,it summarizes the various occupational requirements that ideal rural tourism practitioners should possess and explains them.Secondly,it determines the positive and negative characteristics of the characteristics of rural tourism practitioners,and then applies the sustainable development theory and push-pull theory to its influencing factors.Thirdly,in order to prove the rural areas.Tourism can effectively improve the employment of farmers.According to the relevant principles,field research cases are determined.This paper mainly explores farmers' perceptions of employment opportunities,characteristics,concepts and employment satisfaction in rural tourism employment,in order to evaluate farmers' perceptions and attitudes towards employment,and to analyze and summarize the results of the survey.Finally,combining with the actual situation of various aspects,it puts forward some suggestions.Some suggestions on the smooth transformation of farmers from tourism practitioners to the government,farmers themselves,tourism developers,village committees and relevant tourism development associations are put forward.
