Chengdu D Technology Co.,Ltd.is an emerging startup specializing in the Internet big data industry.The main business is to provide a big data precision marketing platform for all small and medium-sized enterprises.Through the analysis of Internet big data behavior of mobile Internet users,through the big data drainage “de-mediation” to obtain customers' marketing services,help enterprises find their precise target customers.To achieve precise marketing for transactions.The big data industry is an emerging industry in recent years.The industry development is in its infancy,and there are many industry gaps,including the blank of marketing and sales team construction and management.This paper first expounds the theoretical basis of sales team construction and management,analyzes the case with Chengdu D Technology Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes the status quo of sales team construction and management of Chengdu D Technology Co.,Ltd.by using literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method.The research summed up many problems encountered by the company in the sales team construction.At the same time,through the combination of theory and practice,the corresponding solutions and improvement measures were proposed,including the reasonable setting of the target,the customer's ABC classification and follow-up method.The systematic training system and incentives and promotion measures of employees are intended to provide a practical reference and reference for the construction and management of the sales team of the pioneering Internet companies similar to D technology companies,to help this type of enterprises to operate smoothly and smoothly.
