The development of industrial clusters plays an important role in promoting regional economy.However,in recent years,due to the rising prices of raw materials,the scarcity of resources and the decline of trade,the development of industrial clusters has encountered many obstacles.It is urgent to achieve transformation and upgrading through innovation.According to the cluster innovation theory,cluster enterprise needs to focus on two things to achieve innovation.On the one hand,cluster enterprise needs to obtain a sufficient amount of innovative resources from outside;on the other hand,cluster enterprise needs to transform and utilize these innovation resources within the enterprise.These two aspects can be achieved by network embeddedness and knowledge absorptive capacity.When the cluster enterprise is embedded in the network,it can establish cooperative relationships with other enterprises in order to acquire more innovative resources.At the same time,strong knowledge absorptive capacity can ensure the cluster enterprise to fully absorb and utilize these innovative resources,guide their own production and operation activities,and ultimately improve innovation performance.Therefore,this paper will focus on the influence of triple network embeddedness including local production supply chain network,local service supply chain network and global value chain network in the manufacturing cluster,as well as the knowledge absorptive capacity on the cluster enterprise innovation performance,exploring the relationship and the specific impact mechanism.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part introduces the background and significance of the paper,as well as the related literature.The first chapter introduces the concepts and theories related to the paper.The second chapter analyzes the impact mechanism between triple network embeddedness,knowledge absorptive capacity and cluster enterprise innovation performance,and establishes the theoretical model as well as the relevant hypotheses.The third chapter introduces the design of the questionnaire and the collection of sample data.The fourth chapter introduces the reliability test,the validity test,the structural equation analysis and the hypotheses test.The fifth chapter summarizes the results of data analysis and puts forward corresponding suggestions for management practice.In this dissertation,the triple network embeddedness includes local production supply chain network,local service supply chain network and global value chain network.Based on this,a theoretical model of triple network embeddedness,knowledge absorptive capacity and cluster enterprise innovation performance is established.Using SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the data,the conclusions can be drawn as following:(1)For the triple network embeddedness,local production supply chain network and global value chain network have a significant positive impact on the cluster enterprise innovation performance,while the positive impact of the local service supply chain network is not significant;(2)Triple network embeddedness has a significant positive impact on knowledge absorptive capacity;(3)Knowledge absorptive capacity has a significant positive impact on cluster enterprise innovation performance;(4)Triple network embeddedness has a positive impact on the cluster enterprise innovation performance through the mediation of knowledge absorptive capacity.The innovation of this paper is to establish the impact of triple network embeddedness on the cluster enterprise innovation performance,and to study the mediation of knowledge absorptive capacity.Besides,this paper explores the integration and utilization of innovation resources within cluster enterprise,and propose a specific way for cluster enterprise to achieve innovation.
