With the change of internal and external situation and the intensification of competition in recent years,the competition between the banking industry has become white-hot.Most commercial Banks reform and transform around the direction of "comprehensive,light,refined and intelligent",so higher requirements are put forward for the bank's management personnel.Since J listed Banks in 2004,workers through the increase of J bank shaanxi branch,strengthen the inspection,ushered in the golden decade of rapid development,the main business indicators are among the trade first,but J bank shaanxi branch through more than ten years of rapid development,the original management team give play to the role of mainstay gradually showed a trend of aging population,talent structure contradiction highlights gradually,how to cultivate a group of outstanding management talent become support is crucial for the development of J bank shaanxi branchThis paper,by using relevant theories and methods of the MBA learned,J bank shaanxi branch of the management personnel as the research object,analysis about the present situation of J bank shaanxi branch management talent,digging behind the deep level problems existing,the young employee career growth path,and finally combines the actual conditions of J bank shaanxi branch,From establish talent pool,establishing,perfecting the management of talent file talents training system construction,expand the management personnel training mode,strengthening the management practice,to set up the management personnel training appraisal system and so on six aspects design targeted training measures,the establishment of a systematic management of the talent training scheme,make more young cadres,to achieve personal growth and the cause of J bank shaanxi branch organic combination and common development,promote the J bank shaanxi branch management personnel structure optimization continuously,further enhance the competitiveness of the J bank shaanxi branch.
