Study On The Evolution Of Poverty Spatial Pattern And The Effect Of Poverty Reduction In Guizhou Province

At the 19 th national congress,general secretary Xi Jinping once again raised poverty alleviation to a new strategic height,proposed new ideas,new goals and new journey for poverty alleviation,and proposed a new method of "poverty alleviation cooperation between the east and the west,focusing on the key tasks" to strive for new breakthroughs through these new methods and means.Throughout the country,as guizhou province in the central and western regions of China,its poverty problem is concentrated and prominent.It involves the wumeng mountain area,wuling mountain area and yunnan,guangxi and guizhou rocky desertification area,three contiguous areas of extreme poverty.It is one of the provinces with the largest number of rural poor population,the widest range of poverty and the deepest poverty.Nowadays,guizhou province has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation and reduction,which attracts many experts and scholars to study it.Existing literature at home and abroad mainly focus on "income poverty","water poverty" and "multidimensional poverty" spatial pattern analysis,and space of this paper is the application of statistical standard deviation ellipse method to depict the guizhou province poverty spatial pattern evolution and the basic characteristics of the poverty reduction differentiation,and then by using the methods of multivariate linear regression and geographic detection,according to the five group of selected related indicators of the precision for poverty alleviation,comprehensive detection of the employment,social security,medical treatment,education,industry and other factors of guizhou province various counties urban poverty reduction and four partitions the influence of differentiation,The influence,interaction and mechanism of each factor are analyzed in depth,so as to reveal the mechanism of each driving factor scientifically,which will provide important guidance for the future poverty alleviation work.Exploration results show that:(1)the incidence of poverty and the spatial distribution of poverty population relatively dispersed and spatial pattern of relatively stable,scattered distribution of poverty population and relative to the poverty rate slightly and continued to spread the trend,distribution of poverty population is more dense in the west and the east is relatively high incidence of poverty,both continue to expand the distribution of differences.(2)reduce poverty population distribution relative to the poverty rate decline distribution is more dispersed,the distribution of differences between first expand the reduced,relative to western poverty population to reduce poverty rates down is more outstanding,reduce poverty in the east is more apparent,the timing on the distribution of poverty population to reduce spatial pattern have larger changes,reduce poverty distribution pattern of space is relatively stable.(3)of the four sub-regions,the spatial pattern of poverty reduction and poverty reduction in wulingmountain sub-region is "northwest--southeast" trend,and the other three sub-regions are "southwest--northeast" trend.The difference between the distribution of the poor population and the incidence of poverty was the smallest in the wuling mountain area,while the difference between the spatial distribution of the decrease of the poor population and the poverty rate was the smallest in the wuling mountain area.(4)in the whole region poverty reduction effect,the county urban poverty reduction effect trend tends to be balanced;However,in terms of local poverty reduction,non-poverty-stricken areas are significantly higher than other areas.(5)on the scale of the whole province county,the difference in determining power of detection factors is not obvious,and the core factors influencing the poverty reduction effect of counties and urban areas are not prominent,and the significant difference in determining power detected by the sub-area and the core influencing factors are prominent.(6)Most of the driving factors of poverty reduction in guizhou province county interaction for nonlinear enhancement.(7)The differentiation of poverty reduction results is the result of a comprehensive effect of one or more factors,and there are many combinations of the differentiation of poverty reduction results in different regions.
