Research On The Sharing Of Scientific And Technological Resources In China From The Perspective Of Synergetic Consumption Theory

With the currently rapid development of our country,the development of science and technology innovation plays an important role.Scientific and technological resources are the foundation of scientific and technological innovation.Developing the sharing of scientific and technological resources is beneficial to enhance the comprehensive utilization of scientific and technological resources,promote the cooperation and exchange among different R & D institutions so that complementary advantages can be achieved.Scientific and technological resources utilization mode adapted to the innovation modes of large-scale collaborative innovation and collective cooperative innovation has effectively promoted the exchange of scientific research and innovation personnel,accelerated the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and reduced the cost of scientific research and innovation,so that the science and technology level of China is continuously and rapidly developed.Collaborative consumption theory is the product of internet development,which integrates idle resources or services and achieves the process of exchange for part of the economic gain in the form of a transfer of the whole or part of the right to use,meeting the diversified economic forms of the present,and having achieved certain results.The co-consumption resource sharing concept provides the research of science and technology resource sharing with unique perspective.With regards to the analysis of the development and significance of collaborative consumption theory,this paper combines the collaborative consumption theory with the research on the sharing of scientific and technological resources to analyze the content of the development of technology resource sharing,put forward the reasonable credit mechanism,set up the benefit allocation model of science and technology resource sharing,besides,the suggestions on the improvement of the platform for the sharing of scientific and technological resources are also put forward,which optimizes the existing mode of sharing and service of science and technology resources,as well as improve the efficiency of the use of science and technology resources.
