As the main manufacture equipment of all kinds of mechanical and electrical products,mold has faced the higher requirements from the daily consumer goods market and household car market such as shorter development cycle,higher quality requirements and lower cost.However,there is little cooperative work and large scale iteration work in the current serial development working mode of mold product.So it's difficult to shorten development cycle'time.Therefore,researches focused on the development type of mold product and collaborative work mode and the optimal allocation between work tasks and enterprise resources.This paper suggests building a mold platform based on currently mold industry alliance to integrate the resources of members,retooling mold product development mode and optimal allocate enterprise resource.The main contents of this paper as follows:This paper analyses the organization structure and function structure of the mold platform,discusses the workflow of the mold platform and three key points : the collaborative work mode in design and manufacturing processes;task allocation strategy for design or process task;task allocation strategy for manufacturing task.Studying the process of mold product development mode,this paper proposes collaborative degree model including design,design-process,process-manufacture and design-manufacture.In this paper,I solve the design and process tasks and resource optimal allocation problems.First of all,paper build a design task model and a process task model in mold platform.Then,considering the communication cost between collaborative work members,this paper proposes a task grouping allocation strategy to balance the degree of collaborative work and the communication cost.Finally,I use an example to verify the rationality and validity of the strategy.At the end of the paper,I solve the manufacture task and resource optimal allocation problem.First of all,this paper builds a manufacture task model which describes task requirements correctly and a collaborative-sharing manufacture resource model.And then this paper proposes a minimum satisfying matching strategy based on the task requirements which can narrow the resource options.Finally,considering of the geographic distance between members in the mold platform,this paper sets up a matching strategy based on allocation function to allocation mold product development tasks and resources.
