As the economy develops,the pressure on the market is growing.The key to enterprise competition is to make good use of and retain scientific and technological personnel.The quality of scientific and technological personnel determines the future of enterprises.Therefore,the incentive mode and effect of enterprises for scientific and technological personnel determine whether enterprises can attract and retain scientific and technological personnel.In this paper,D company's incentive mechanism for scientific and technological personnel as the research object,on the basis of combing domestic and foreign literature and related theoretical knowledge,first of all,the characteristics of scientific and technological personnel and the different types of enterprises in China to stimulate the status of scientific and technological innovative personnel and specific measures are analyzed.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate and analyze the satisfaction degree of D company's science and technology talents incentive mechanism.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the problems existing in the incentive mechanism for scientific and technological personnel in D Company are sorted out,that is,the understanding of the needs of scientific and technological personnel is not deep enough,the wage system does not reflect the characteristics of scientific and technological personnel work,the mechanism of personnel training and career development lacks long-term planning,the incentive measures for property rights,the work design and work.It is not perfect enough and has not yet built an attractive corporate culture.Thirdly,it puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the incentive mechanism of D technology talents.From the two aspects of material incentive and non-material incentive,this paper constructs the optimization scheme of incentive mechanism for scientific and technological personnel,including optimizing wage incentive,bonus incentive,welfare policy incentive,technical equity incentive,Career management and training incentive.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimized performance appraisal and incentive mechanism to promote the promotion of the optimized incentive mechanism for scientific and technological personnel.
