With the rapid growth of the e-commerce industry,our country's express delivery industry also has a rapid growth trend,which has brought advantages to the development of express enterprises.The annual express business volume continued to grow,which has reached more than 30 billion in 2016.However,the rapid development of express delivery industry has brought some problems to social development,such as environmental pollution and resource waste problem.So the great majority of people are calling for recycling and reusing the express packaging.But the recycling rate is low,it is urgent to solve the problems such as low recovery rate,high recovery cost and imperfect recycling channels.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to research the packaging recovery of express packages.Therefore,based on the background above,the paper researched the problem of reverse logistics network optimization.On the basis of reviewing the relevant literatures and related theoretical overview,combining with the current situation of express packaging and learning packaging recovery countermeasures from abroad,this paper puts forward a series of effective measures to realize the recycling of express packaging.Then the paper mainly introduces the method to establish reverse logistics network to realize express packaging recycling,according to the express package recycling process,designed the reverse logistics network structure and build four level network nodes which contain a customer base,the initial collection point,recycling centers,and packaging factory.Initial collection point and the recycling center respectively build on the original delivery network and express hub,and considered the situation of express package retention.And then established the mathematical model of minimizing costs to decide location and flow distribution,and use genetic algorithm to solve the model.At the last,The paper choses Shun Fung Express in Shanghai as an example,select some part of delivery network as the reverse logistics network node and collect related data to calculate the model.As a result,the paper got the best location and flow distribution and show that the design of the model and the algorithm is effective.And finally provide a reference for enterprises to design a reverse logistics network model.
