The Effects Of Science And Technology Service Platform On Regional Innovation Development

To promote regional economic development,we need to vigorously promote regional innovation.We must serve the regional innovation in building science and technology service platforms from the state to provinces and cities.The paper takes the professional town as the typical representative of the regional economy,explores the impact of science and technology service platform on regional innovation,and provides theoretical reference and decision-making basis for the government to strengthen the construction of science and technology service platform?Firstly,the paper takes ZhongShan as an example to analyze the current situation of the regional innovation ability of the specialized service platform in science and technology,and then summarizes the regional innovation theories such as transaction cost theory and regional innovation theory to provide the theoretical basis for the research.Then,it makes a theoretical analysis of the research achievements in three aspects: regional innovation ability,investment in science and technology innovation and technology service platform,summarizes previous studies,forms theoretical hypotheses and constructs theoretical models,and then collects relevant economic data to carry out empirical analysis.The dissertation chooses the data of innovation and development of the professional towns in 20 prefecture-level cities of Guangdong Province from 2010 to 2016,and returns from the angle of science and technology service platform to the regional innovation.The empirical results are obtained.The research shows that regional innovation investment,regional innovation capability and science and technology service platform play a positive role in the regional innovation output.However,the study also found that the impact of S & T service platform on regional innovation output is negatively correlated with the increase of S & T service platform,which indicates that the excessive number of S & T service platforms does not necessarily promote regional innovation output.Governments at all levels should give due consideration to the relationship between the scale and actual demand while strengthening the construction of science and technology service platform.Taking the construction of science and technology service platform in Zhongshan as an example,this paper discusses the development strategy of science and technology service platform.
