Based on the charisma-based leadership theory,this project uses survey questionnaires to sample a total of around 200 employees from large companies such as Shenzhen M,H,T and F,and this will affect the team's performance.The mechanism was analyzed and empirically studied,including the influence relationship between charismatic leadership and team cohesion.Then,using team influence as an intermediary factor,the relationship between charismatic leadership and team performance was analyzed and studied.In theory,this paper analyzes the basic mechanism that team performance is influenced by team cohesion,and builds the theoretical model and hypothesis.At the same time,it is verified that team cohesion and team performance are positively and effectively influenced by charismatic leadership in various types of enterprises.Based on the above conclusions,the paper also puts forward the improvement strategy of team performance.The main points are as follows:(1)The paper puts forward the mechanism model of team performance influenced by team cohesion.Based on incentive theory,psychological contract theory and attribution theory,this paper puts forward the model of team cohesion,and further reveals the mechanism of team performance deeply influenced by team cohesion.(2)To verify the relationship between the three factors,including charismatic leadership,team cohesion,team performance interaction,mutual influence.Through questionnaires,200 valid questionnaires were obtained from the departments of some large enterprises in Shenzhen.The author uses the statistical tools of SPSS and AMOS to make analysis,through factor analysis,reliability analysis and structural equation model analysis on the establishment of strict hypothesis testing,finally found that these large enterprises in the charismatic leadership structure covers charisma,vision care,motivation inspiration and moral example of these four dimensions,among them,only related to team performance positively is vision care;team cohesion is positively related to team performance;team cohesion plays the role of the media on the relationship between charismatic leadership and team performance;charismatic leadership style of the media role in the relationship between team performance(3)Put forward the management strategy to improve team performance.According to the characteristics of China enterprise management,the research was based on the interdependence theory,from two aspects of team external and internal promoting mechanism,from the moral leader,team cohesion and team performance and other aspects of team members,to enhance cooperation among team members through psychological contract,finally put forward the corresponding team performance improvement management strategy.Summarizing the research results of this project,we can see that charismatic leadership has a greater influence on the cohesiveness of team members.At the same time,the full play of charismatic leadership is also influenced by the attitude of team members,and it has a positive and positive influence on team performance.The survey data from the above several companies show that the more active the employees are,the more cohesive the team is,and the higher the team's performance will be.
