A Study Of The Influence Of Charismatic Leadership On Team Innovation Performance Effect

Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,innovation performance became the decisive power of enterprise sustainable development.The level of innovation performance is inseparable from the hard work of each team in the enterprise.The high level of team innovation performance also means that the innovation performance of enterprise is good.There are many influenced factors about team innovation performance,such as Management innovation,technological innovation,model innovation.This paper focused on management innovation,which the influence of leadership style on team innovation performance in management innovation.As the team helmsman,team leadership control of company's navigation,which is an important factor in team performance,especially the charismatic leaders can pay more attention to the change of team members' emotion and enhance team members identity.Therefore,in order to improve the team's innovation performance,this paper will focus attention on whether the charismatic leadership influences the team's innovation performance and the mechanism of the interaction or not.This study was based on theory of charismatic leadership,emotional intelligence and social identity,and constructed the research model.We explored the relationship among charismatic leadership,team emotional intelligence,team identity and team innovation performance.According to the maturity scale,we generated the measure table.The questionnaire survey chose the team which come from Tianjin and Hebei,210 questionnaires were distributed,185 were recovered,of which 165 were valid questionnaires.This study used SPSS19.0 to do the reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis.We got the following conclusions:1.The charismatic leadership can promote effectively team identity,and team innovation performance.2.There is a positive relationship between team identity and team innovation performance.3.Team identity plays a intermediary role between the charismatic leadership and team innovation performance.4.Team emotional intelligence plays a regulatory role between the charismatic leadership and team identity.This paper innovative is in: In order to reveal the influence mechanism of charismatic leadership on team innovation performance,this paper was put team identity and team emotional intelligence in it.The team identity as a mediator of the relationship between the two variables,we verified that team identity played a intermediary role between the charismatic leadership and team innovation performance.The team emotional intelligence as a regulatory role,this paper analyzed that team emotional intelligence played a regulatory role between the charismatic leadership and team identity.This paper further revealed “the black box” of the influence of charismatic leadership on team innovation performance.
