The Impact Of Industrial Transformation And Upgrading On Migrant Workers' Mobility And Income

In recent years,China's economy has been sustained and steady growth,has made remarkable achievements.In 2013,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)made an indication that C hina must base on the current national conditions and speed up the transformation of economic growth.Upgrade from the period of reform and opening up to the current industrial transformationrequirements,continue to carry out nationwide.With the upgrading in enterprises as the main carrier of the deepening of the transformation of China's industry,various production factors were also re integration in different degree,as one of the important factors of production will be re allocation of labor resources.In recent years,the demand for labor force has also been greatly improved,and the ability to absorb professional and technicalpersonnel has been greatly enhanced.But because of this kind of situation,for obvious changes than in the number of different positions in different sectors of China's employment population,and because of the personal characteristics of the labor force,to be engaged in the occupation and income expectations are changing.This situation makes the labor force to make timely adjustments to adapt to the tide of social development,in order to get more benefits for individuals and families.so,many migrant workers,such as the flow and income of the problem has attracted many experts and scholars attention and discussion.In this paper,the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure based on the background,defines the concepts of income mobility first for industrial transformation and upgrading,migrant workers,in 2010 national population health monitoring survey data as the basis,using ordinary least squares and multiple choice model from 106 counties in 31 provinces of China's migrant workers the flow and income analysis,different industries in different regions based on the flow trend of transformation of C hina's migrant workers under the upgrade degree and,analysis of the influencing factors of migrant workers' income flows and changes.The empirical results show that: the higher the degree of industrial transformation and upgrading,more migrant workers can promote the inter provincial floating,the lower the degree of industrial transformation and upgrading,migrant workers tend to cross the city in the province or city in cross county within the flow.The level of industrial transformation and upgrading is positive ly correlated with the income of migrant workers,which means that the higher the degree of upgrading,the income level of migrant workers will also increase accordingly.In addition,the basic characteristics of migrant workers will have an impact on the flow of individual choice and income levels.The higher level of education,many migrant workers tend to inter provincial flow,and the average monthly income level is higher.The older migrant workers tend to flow across the city or the county,but the income is negatively correlated.Finally,the paper gives some policy recommendations according to the conclusions.
