Research On The Development Mode Of Characteristic Forest Town In Zhongshan City

The accelerating urbanization process in the world has greatly promoted the prosperity and development of human economy and society.However,along with the expansion of the city scale,the corresponding environmental protection measures and infrastructure of the city cannot be perfected,and it is difficult to coordinate development.At the same time,in order to implement the Central Government's decision-making and deployment of vigorously developing forest cities and building forest towns,the Zhongshan Municipal Government has endeavored to build a forest town with “sky blue,green land,water and net,and harmonious development between man and nature” according to various documents.The development mode of forest town in Guangdong Province mainly includes leisure and livability type,ecotourism type and Lingnan water town type.Zhongshan City is located in the central and southern part of Guangdong Province,located in the west and the lower reaches of the Beijiang River in the central part of the Pearl River Delta.The tourism resources are rich and unique,and the distribution is relatively balanced.Considering the urban situation,environmental resources,urban spatial characteristics and the development conditions of forest towns in Zhongshan City,the paper discusses the basic types of development model around the goal of forest town construction.The development conditions and concrete examples of Zhongshan city are constructed from the aspects of policy,capital,science and technology,and the development model of forest town which is suitable for the present situation of development in this area is preliminarily defined.Through the study,this paper thinks that the construction of the special forest town in Zhongshan can effectively promote the same frequency resonance between the location of town development and the ecological demand,effectively solve the unbalanced ecological development between town and town,and further improve the integration level of urbanand rural greening,and can greatly increase the main body of forest,green space and wetland.Urban green quantity,further expand and optimize the green ecological space,form ecological livable,balanced space,distinctive features,green Huimin urban forest ecosystem,can scientifically allocate natural resources and human property and other basic conditions,strengthen the support of high new technology and management system,through the introduction and development of characteristic industry,green industry,hi-tech technology.In the industry,the sustainable development of the forest town is promoted,and "see the mountains,see the water,remember the homesickness" of the Zhongshan City,and build the new ecological highland in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
