In the era of mobile Internet,the media industry structure has undergone major adjustments.The circulation of traditional journals is showing a down cliff decline,but it can be seen that e-journals have maintained steady development and have many loyal readers.Now readers of these periodicals maintain a good habit of reading journals.Therefore,the development of journals has also shown a trend of elitism and small-mindedness.As a typical traditional magazine brand,Sanlian Life Weekly has formed a certain influence and has also gathered a certain amount of community.In recent years,it has taken the lead in reforming,establishing a full-media platform,tapping the value of the community,and developing the community economy.It has provided us with rich research materials and samples,and the methods used in the process of creating brand extension industries will be applied to other traditional journals.The magazine will provide an effective reference model for future changes.This thesis takes the whole media community of Sanlian Life Weekly as the study goal,and focuses on the analysis of the We Chat public number and the Chinese Reading and Song Guo Life APP,using qualitative analysis methods based on functional analysis and observation methods.Statistical analysis Quantitative research to explore the characteristics,modes,and propagation characteristics of itscommunity construction,and then analyze its social economic operation strategies.The study found that Sanlian Life Weekly took the lead in attempting to make the transition,using the multimedia platform to innovate in communication modes;vertically cultivating communities and selling derivatives to achieve profitability as well as using O2 O cross-border marketing to continuously enhance the user experience;providing community members with a stage for presentation.Meantime,it build a full-media network in an all-round way,gather users to the greatest extent,gather community effects,and constantly explore the possibility of traditional magazines to develop the community economy.Despite the fact that Sanlian Life Weekly has achieved certain benefits,the author found that in the study,it also face problems such as big stall for distracted attention,advertisement frequently implanted,the product no feedback and credit low.It is conducive to further development in the future.The author found through research that the key to the transformation of traditional magazines in the era of mobile internet is still to dig deeper and deeper and create scarce goods.Through the establishment,a community definitely maintain the relationship with its members and it is possible to continuously increase the loyalty of community members,providing more possibilities for the ultimate development of the community.
