With the development of new media and new technologies,traditional TV programs and Internet technologies are gradually integrated,and various types of programs are active from TV screens to network platforms.The emerging online self-made talk show has gradually evolved from a burgeoning period to a mature program that is popular among the audience.It has won the audience's love with humorous and entertaining programs.This article analyzes the most popular Roast among many online self-made talk shows,and explores its success factors from the perspective of communication.As a phenomenon-level program in the online self-made talk show market,Roast follows the rules of network development,caters to the current needs of the public,highlights the unique charm of the program,refreshes the data of the online self-made talk show,and wins the public's attention.Roast conveys the "Play for Fun" concept by means of mutual spit,while paying more attention to guiding the development of values,striving to seek diversity and diversity in the form of programs,and showing depth,perspective and content in content value.Intensity,so that the audience can relax and unwind while watching the show and think about the individual's spirit,life status and social and cultural values.This paper will use the relevant theory of communication as the research basis,and use the "5W" model in communication to analyze and discuss the characteristics of the program itself,and summarize the characteristics of the program itself and the enlightening experience.The first part gives an overview of talk shows and web talk shows,and introduces the show of the Roast and communication studies.The second part is a series of dynamic analysis of the main body,communication content,communication channels,communication objects and communication effects.This paper discusses the styles,content diversity,communication propaganda,audience effectiveness,and cultural influences of the Roast.The third part summarizes the shortcomings of the content,channels and effects of the program in the process of dissemination.The root cause and corresponding improvement;the fourth part summarizes and analyzes the communication enlightenment of the network talk show Roast,systematically expounds the need to produce high-quality content,strengthen channel promotion and pay attention to cultural value in the future development of talk show program.The focus of attention is of both theoretical and practical significance.
