Research And Analysis Of The Library Information Management System Of Qujing Normal University

Along with the development of information technology,the demanding for information management is also getting higher and higher.The library of university is the document intelligence information center of the whole school,and the increasing number of book resources and user information have made the traditional manual management eliminated quickly,so the difficulty of information access and the loss of historical information are an urgent problems need to be solved,and only scientific and effective management of libraries can meet the demands of teachers and students on information.However,the main handling method in the library of Qujing Normal University was manual processing based on text,table,etc,which has not been able to meet the needs of information processing in the library because large amounts of paper data is liable to error and loss if careless.Accordingly,it is urgent to develop a better library information management system to optimize the management process of library information and improve management efficiency.This paper first elaborated the background and significance of the subject,and combined with the situation at home and abroad,the current situation of library management system analysis.Secondly,according to the specific situation of library management in Qujing Normal University,this paper analyzed the original process of book editing,book lending process and book return process,and found and improved the existing problems in the original management system.In the analysis of the system,the corresponding charts are given.The system use case diagram,detailed description of the functional requirements of the system;then the system business flow chart,a detailed analysis of the system of business process,the system safety,system performance and system environment,are studied in detail.The overall design of the system and each functional module were carried out through data analysis,which included the book editorial management,reader management,library management,return books management,books information statistics,basic data management,system management,and so on,and gived the function structure diagram and the class diagram for system and database design in detail,and the designments of the logical structure of the database as well as data table were carried out in detail.Finally,this study made an in-depth analysis and research on the library information management system of Qujing Normal University,and put forward reasonable improvement measures to improve the efficiency of library information management.This paper has completed the analysis and design of book information management system of the library of Qujing Normal University.The library management information system designed in this paper can satisfy the basic needs of users,and can resolve the basic problem of the information management,making the information management work in the library of Qujing Normal University more convenient and shortcut,greatly improving the work efficiency.
