The reform measure of introducing physical education teaching into the middle school entrance examination has improved the reform system of school physical education teaching,highlighted the important level of school physical education teaching.In 2018,the Department of education of Shandong Province issued the guiding opinions on the academic level examination of physical education teaching subjects in junior high schools in Shandong Province,which made a specific plan for the physical education teaching subjects in the middle school entrance examination and required all cities to carry out the reform of the physical education teaching system in the middle school entrance examination.As the experimental area of the national basic education curriculum reform and the pilot of the national middle school entrance examination reform,Weifang City is facing an important task of how to make corresponding development strategies for the junior middle school physical education teaching in the alternate stage of the new and old middle school entrance examination physical education teaching system.This research takes Weifang junior middle school physical education teaching current situation and the development countermeasure as the research object.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of junior middle school physical education teaching in Weifang City under the background of middle school entrance examination,and finds out the existing problems,and puts forward feasible development countermeasures,in order to promote the construction and improvement of junior middle school physical education teaching system in Weifang City under the background of middle school physical education teaching,aiming at Weifang City and even mountain The development of junior middle school physical education teaching in Shandong Province provides theoretical basis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Weifang City has not yet issued relevant documents in accordance with the new sports system for the middle school entrance examination proposed in the guiding opinions on the academic level examination of junior high school sports in Shandong Province issued by Shandong Provincial Department of education in 2018,but middle schools around Weifang City have begun to make corresponding changes to the sports teaching work in accordance with the requirements of this document.(2)After the implementation of the new physical examination system in Shandong Province: the teaching objectives and contents of physical educationteaching in Weifang City have fallen into the misunderstanding of examination oriented education,the teaching methods of physical education teaching in Weifang City are developing in the direction of diversification;some schools increase the investment of physical education teaching funds,the resources of physical education teaching facilities are still not perfect;the workload and teaching pressure of physical education teachers increase with the improvement of teaching status;although The opportunities of physical education teachers' Further Education(training and learning)are not much increased,but the professional ability of physical education teachers is still improved to a certain extent;the enthusiasm of students' sports participation is improved,most students are motivated by improving the physical performance of the middle school entrance examination for physical training;students pay attention to choosing the items that are easy to score in the physical examination,and ignore their own interests.(3)There are great differences in the means of physical education teaching,whether physical education teaching is carried out on time and the opportunities of physical education teachers' Continuing Education(training and learning)between urban,county and township middle schools.(4)Based on the factor analysis of the factors that affect the physical education teaching of Weifang junior high school under the background of the middle school entrance examination,it is found that the main influencing factors are "student factor","social factor","teaching factor","condition factor","atmosphere factor" and "teacher factor".Based on the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of junior high school physical education teaching in Weifang under the background of middle school entrance examination,the following development countermeasures are put forward:relevant education administrative departments of Weifang City timely implement the requirements of the guidance of Shandong Province junior high school physical education teaching subject academic level examination,and issue new documents related to the physical examination system;make clear the main position of physical education teaching under the background of physical education in the middle school entrance examination,and guard against excessive "examination oriented";optimize the objectives,contents and methods of physical education teaching,and improve learning Students' enthusiasm and efficiency in learning;strengthen the construction of physical education teachers,build a professional teaching team;to change the misunderstanding of students' physical examination in the middle school entrance examination,to exercise scientifically and to cultivate their lifelong physical consciousness;increase the investment of school physical education teaching funds,and further improve the site,equipment and construction conditions of junior middle school physical education teaching;in order to improve the quality of physical education teaching,we should improve the main factors that affect the physical education teaching in Weifang junior high school. |
