At the present stage,the contradiction between the demand for infant childcare services and the unbalanced and inadequate quality of childcare services is further aggravated.First,the number of childcare institutions is still difficult to meet the market demand.And nursery service quality is the important factors that affect family nursery or not,nursery institution education personnel as the backbone of the nursery service more and more attention from social,therefore this research will be to status of quality of the breeding nursery services survey,understanding educated personnel quality in the different nature of the service,age,educational background,teaching experience,and training the quality status and differences,and on this basis,for the improvement of personnel quality advice.Study selected various types of nursery institutions in Guangdong province 515 breeding workers as investigation object,using self-made questionnaire of Guangdong province breeding 0 to 3 years old infants and young children nursery services personnel quality status questionnaire"professional spirit,professional knowledge,professional skills and physical quality four dimensions of education personnel quality investigation and analysis,by comparing the dimensions mean and variance analysis of various elements,reeducation through investigation personnel overall quality situation and an analysis of the causes of differences,the results showed that:(1)among the educational staff in the childcare institutions investigated,the total quality score was 3.5282,exceeding the theoretical median(3.0),indicating that the overall quality of the educational staff in the sample was good,with the highest score for professionalism and the lowest score for professional knowledge.(2)the overall quality of education personnel in public institutions is higher than that of private institutions.There are significant differences in the three dimensions of professionalism,professional knowledge and professional skills between public and private educational institutions,among which the difference in professional knowledge is the most significant,and the average quality of public educational personnel is higher than that of private educational institutions.(3)there is no significant difference in the total score of educational personnel of different ages,but there is a difference in the two dimensions of professionalism and professional skills.The highest score of professional spirit quality is 26-30 years old,and the highest score of professional skill quality is 40 years old or above.(4)the quality of education personnel with bachelor's degree in the sample is significantly higher than that of technical secondary school/middle school/high school.There is a significant difference in the overall quality of educated fools,among which the quality level of professional spirit and professional knowledge increases with the increase of education level,while the professional skills score the highest in technical secondary school/middle school/high school education level.(5)the overall quality of correctional staff has significant differences in different teaching ages.Among them,the professional skills and physical and mental qualities of correctional staff showed an increasing trend in the first five years,while the scores of professional spirit and professional knowledge quality began to decline in the fifth year.(6)training plays an obvious role in improving the knowledge and quality of educatedpersonnel.There is no significant difference in the quality of education personnel in terms of training,but there is a significant difference in the dimension of professional knowledge,indicating that the training focuses more on theoretical knowledge and less on skills.Although the skill quality after training is higher than that without training,the difference between them is not significant.The Suggestions based on the survey results are as follows: first,standardize the entry standards and guarantee the quality of childcare service structure;Second,each country develops the public childcare positively,consummation child welfare education system;Third,enhance the pertinence of training and ensure the effectiveness of training;Fourthly,the education personnel should strengthen the reflection consciousness and form the lifelong learning mechanism.
